Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and delivery methods may vary depending on your location, the product type, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.

Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Shipping charges may vary by product and delivery location.

Some large, heavy, or freight-sensitive items may require different shipping arrangements or additional delivery conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, access issues, or incorrect address details.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided after dispatch, additional redelivery charges may apply.

Where an order includes items sourced from different suppliers or warehouses, the order will be delivered in separate parcels and tracking details may be provided separately.

Returns are accepted in line with Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will assess the issue and resolve it by repair, replacement, refund, or exchange as required by law.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return freight and any restocking costs may apply.

Special order, freight-heavy, or installed items may not be eligible for change-of-mind return unless required by law.
