Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the items in your order.

• Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Estimate: We use professional courier networks with an estimated timeframe of 3–10 business days.

• Delivery Methods:
  • Standard Delivery: Applied to accessories and smaller components.
  • Specialised Heavy Freight: Applied to bulky items (e.g., Heat Pumps). These items are delivered via professional courier networks. Due to the weight of this equipment, deliveries are typically made via a vehicle equipped with a tail-lift or similar mechanical unloading aid where required to ensure the item is safely lowered to the ground. This is a kerbside service only; the delivery area must be flat, level, and accessible by a standard pallet jack. If the delivery site is inaccessible or unsuitable for mechanical unloading, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery or manual handling fees.
  • Important Delivery Note: Heavy freight is a kerbside delivery service only. It does not include moving the item into your backyard, up stairs, or onto a pool pad. You must ensure the delivery area is flat and accessible for a large vehicle.

• Multiple Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, orders with items sourced from different warehouses may arrive in separate parcels.

• Delivery Conditions: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Heavy freight typically requires a signature upon delivery. If an address is incorrect or a delivery is missed, redelivery charges may apply.

Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

• Change of Mind:
  • Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if the item is unused, in original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Note: Due to the specialised nature and weight of pool heaters, freight-heavy or installed items are generally ineligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply for any approved change-of-mind returns.

Pool shells are sold exclusively via consultation to ensure the correct logistics, site access, and installation requirements are met. Shipping and delivery for shells are quoted individually based on the project. Change-of-mind returns are not permitted for pool shells. Please contact us directly to initiate a project quote.
